I'm excited to start using mush wellness to really see if it will help with my autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's). I've been using the 3 oils for 5 days now and I've noticed a slight change in being calmer and less brain fog. I'm looking forward to seeing alot more changes within my wellness journey.
What sold me on this Mush product was the advertising showed a result within a certain amount of time. The product is also organic and Australian made. The packaging is also clear in the products results and suggests dosage times.
I have found the Lions Mane does indeed help with clarity. The Turkey tail does improve energy levels and mood and the Reishi extract has me sleeping allot better!!

Used Lion’s Mane for the first time last year for study focus. It worked, so I got the whole set. I use LM, Reishi and Turkey Tail in my morning coffee and I’m not getting the 2pm slump I used! Focus all day, even a little more physical energy too! Highly recommend.
